Musician

He was playing beautiful music which was bouncing off these old walls near the Barrie Gothic in Barcelona and creating an amazing audio effect. But no clue whatsoever what the instrument is called. Never seen it before. Does anyone have an idea? Stupidly I forgot to ask even though I tried my hand at it!!
