Very nice. Paint Shop Pro is a fairly decent alternative. Inexpensive, but not free.

I heard that Paint.net 3.0 was good.. didn't try it though. There is also The gimp but the interface is really different from traditionnal none free programs.

Try the Adobe Lightroom Beta 4 if you have got good amount of RAM. You are the first person in the world looking for a free photo editor when you got PS.

I agree with Shuva... why need anything more than PhotoShop? However, if you're really desperate there's GimpShop, or even MS Paint! :)
