Making a last stand

This was taken early in spring before the new growth choked out these dried up grasses.

Sorry for not being very regular, both at posting and commenting(though I do visit). Life is a bit hectic and also I've been a bit unwell.

Thanks for all your encouraging comments on my earlier posts. Thats what keeps me going, irregular though I may be.
